What You'll Be Doing Design and refine online ticket purchasing and reservation workflows, ensuring maximum conversion and user experience. Work with engineering to optimize checkout performance in high-traffic environments.

Participate in strategic product decisions related to pricing, validations, templates, and advanced configuration. Analyze behavioral and conversion data to prioritize conversion improvements. Align e-commerce features with the rest of the ecosystem: dashboards, POS, access control, and event operations.

Your profile Previous experience working on B2B2C eCommerce products or multi-tenant platforms serving multiple clients or stores from a single product. Strong understanding of core eCommerce concepts such as checkout, shopping cart, conversion funnel, promotions, dynamic pricing, and high-traffic scenarios .

Experience collaborating closely with Engineering and Product Design teams to deliver complex features with a strong focus on user experience. Strong business mindset, with the ability to measure impact, analyze data, and prioritize initiatives based on customer and business value. Comfortable working in Agile environments , adapting to changing priorities while building scalable products.

Previous experience with ticketing platforms, marketplaces, or multi-tenant SaaS products .



Understanding of the technical implications of multi-tenant architectures , even without hands-on coding experience.
