Mapon builds B2B SaaS for companies whose work happens in the physical world. Our platform helps businesses manage vehicles, drivers, and equipment, improve road safety, reduce costs, automate daily operations, and comply with complex transport regulations. We have 200+ colleagues across Europe and a network of 150+ partners worldwide.
We have completed eight acquisitions and intend to keep growing organically and through M&A.; You'll work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, giving you direct exposure to customers, commercial challenges, and the impact your product decisions create. Make product decisions based on data, customer insights, market trends, and business impact.
Work with experienced engineers, designers, analysts, and commercial teams. Experiment with AI, automation, connected devices, and large-scale fleet data to create new customer value. We expect our Product Managers to be comfortable moving between strategic and hands‐on work: talking with customers one day, analysing product data the next, shaping a solution with designers and engineers, and supporting a product launch together with Sales and Marketing.
Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and performance of your product area. Identify and validate customer problems and product opportunities through discovery, research, data, and market insights. Prioritize opportunities based on customer value, strategic fit, commercial potential, and development effort.
Work closely with Engineering and Design throughout discovery, solution development, delivery, and iteration. Explore how AI, automation, and data can create new capabilities and significantly improve existing workflows.
Keep track of market developments, competitors, and emerging customer needs.
