In this role you help Fever understand customers, markets, and product data to drive delightful experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead a product squad from ideation to release, shaping the product vision and strategy. You’ll analyze metrics, run experiments, and translate insights into measurable actions. Responsabilidades

- Understand business, customers, and data to drive Fever’s goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Support
- Break down opportunities into concrete actions and measurable goals
- Analyze product performance, hypothesize, test, and improve metrics
- Develop product features from ideation to release, including data gathering, hypotheses, goals, and requirements
- Lead a product squad: roadmap, prioritization, sprint planning, refinements, and retrospectives




- Build and communicate a clear vision and strategy for the product
- Demonstrate leadership, organization, and execution to deliver outcomes

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor in Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of product management experience
- English proficiency
- Ability to manage ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies in product cycles
- Ability to present complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences
- Strong written communication skills
- Experience partnering with engineering and design teams and giving feedback
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills to derive and communicate insights
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects from concept to completion
