Immersing yourself in local market needs, customer behaviours, and competitive and regulatory landscapes across the Americas to extract data‐driven insights that shape local strategy Partnering with global PMMs to master the mechanics of our products and translate that complexity into simple, compelling, market‐specific value propositions Crafting positioning, briefing creatives, orchestrating across channels and geographies, and navigating department and GTM reviews, ensuring local relevance and compliance Leading creative direction for your campaigns, working with visual and 3D designers to craft bold,



attention‐grabbing assets that break through the noise and elicit a WOW reaction Partnering with Data and Operations teams to build attribution models that prove the direct impact of your work on key business metrics Communicating performance proactively, and recommending course corrections before they're needed Experience in consumer product, growth, or product marketing in a fast‐paced environment (preferably a global tech company), ideally with a focus on market entry or international expansion A fierce creative eye with expertise leading art direction and shaping high‐impact creative concepts, not just writing briefs Exceptional copywriting skills with a demonstrated ability to adapt tone and complexity for diverse audiences, formats, and markets A highly analytical mindset to independently extract insights from data and use it to inform campaign strategy and prove commercial ROI The ability to turn big ideas into practical results and set strategic direction across complex, multi‐market campaigns with many cross‐functional and local moving parts Building a general financial super app isn't enough.
