Overview

In this role you guide the Schematics & Apparatus function on a project, ensuring complete electrical deliverables meet baselines and timelines. You will build S&A; technical competency within the team and coordinate with engineering, operations, and design to align functional and mechanical inputs. You drive quality, delivery timeliness, and continuous improvement across the S&A; scope. This is a mission-driven opportunity to shape electrical architectures for mobility systems at scale.

Responsabilidades

- Deliver complete electrical baselines: architecture, synoptics, wiring/cabling schemes, calculation notes, harness wiring lists, eBOM
- Apply metier rules and processes
- Manage S&A; project QCD and resources across the project
- Oversee subcontracting: definition, monitoring, acceptance




- Coordinate synchronization of functional and mechanical inputs (baseline management)
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and design to solve complex challenges

Requisitos principales

- Engineering graduate in Electronic / Electrical
- Electrical CAD experience
- Experience in activity and team management
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Customer focus
- Structured and organized with hands-on approach
- Fluent in English and site local language
- Resilience and ability to work in international, multi-site, matrix environment
