Join SATLANTIS and lead space projects that transform how we observe Earth. You will act as a bridge between technical execution and business development, supporting the preparation of proposals and bids for European and international clients. Every project and proposal you contribute to will have a real effect on Earth observation missions.

End-to-end project ownership: You will manage projects from planning to delivery, coordinating teams, clients, and stakeholders. You will develop both project management and business development expertise, including bid preparation and strategic planning.

Your mission will be to ensure that space projects are delivered successfully, on time, and within scope and budget, while supporting the identification and preparation of business opportunities aligned with SATLANTIS strategy. Through your coordination, analysis, and communication skills, you will enable technical and commercial teams to work efficiently, maximizing the impact of every project and proposal. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient project execution and bid preparation.

Support contract negotiations and oversee the transition of proposals to project execution. Up to 5 years of experience in project management: This experience will allow you to take ownership of projects with confidence, while also contributing effectively to proposal coordination and execution.





Strong project management foundations: Your ability to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables will help you keep complex projects and bids on track. Managing multiple priorities will enable you to coordinate parallel activities across projects and proposal processes. Being comfortable discussing technical topics will help you collaborate effectively with engineering teams and understand constraints in both projects and bids.

Your attention to planning, documentation, and tracking will ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance in both execution and proposals. Anticipating risks and proposing solutions will be key to maintaining momentum across projects and bid activities. Your proficiency in English and Spanish will enable effective collaboration with clients, partners, and internal teams.
