In Madrid, you will lead and coordinate the hosted quality functions, steering process management, regulatory compliance for CE-marked accessories and devices, and supplier quality activities. You’ll collaborate with the Munich HQ to align on QMS and supplier data management, while balancing leadership duties with hands-on work in a focus area. You’ll drive certifications, audits, and continuous improvement to ensure a robust quality ecosystem.

- Oversee process management and change management, ensuring compliance with internal rules and standards
- Coordinate regulatory compliance activities including CE Marking, certifications, and adherence to EU directives
- Lead supplier quality assurance, including supplier audits, SCAR management, and quality improvements at source
- Support product lifecycle quality activities and documentation management; drive improvements to QMS tools
- Act as primary contact for certification bodies and regulatory authorities in Madrid
- Collaborate with Ru0026S HQ Quality in Munich to align processes and standards
Responsabilidades
- Bachelor in Engineering
- Min 5 years in Quality Management with CE marking experience in a large organization
- Leadership and ability to influence multiple stakeholders
- Proven experience xugodme with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP
- Reliable, structured, team-oriented, proactive problem solving
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Intercultural experience beneficial
- CE marking requirements experience in regulated business field
