We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to join a leading high-tech electronics company in Eindhoven. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring product quality across the full lifecycle, with a strong focus on New Product Introduction (NPI), customer quality, and electronics manufacturing environments (PCBA). ¿As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet both internal standards and customer expectations from development through to mass production and end-of-life You will work closely with engineering, production, and customers to ensure robust quality processes and continuous improvement Supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) from a quality perspective (design transfer, process validation, risk assessment Acting as the main contact for customer quality issues and escalations Leading root cause analysis (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa) and driving structural solutions Driving continuous improvement in product and process quality Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical,



Industrial or similar Around 7 years of experience in Quality Engineering Solid background in NPI and/or customer quality Experience with quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, APQP You find it a challenge to find the right match and to map out what is required to relocate to the Netherlands.
