Definition of technical specifications related to various investment compliance requirements, ongoing review and optimization of the relevant business processes Advising the business in the areas of MiFID II/MiFIR, MAD/MAR, MiCAR, PSD II, SRD II, EMIR etc.

Monitoring of the development of the relevant regulatory and legal norms,



regulatory horizon scanning across the EU member states Communication with internal and external stakeholders in all arising questions regarding investment compliance Close collaborative cooperation with other departments, in particular Risk, Legal, Finance and People Continuous training in various compliance topics Successfully completed studies in economics, law or business law or comparable studies Ideally, several years of professional experience in the area of investment compliance in auditing or consulting firms, in-depth knowledge of the relevant regulatory and legal requirements, and/or Fluency in English, and either Spanish or Portuguese is necessary
