Overview

In this role you will help design, implement and maintain SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions for clients, translating business needs into SAP specifications. You will work in cross‑functional teams, contributing to delivery and deployment while developing relationships with clients and delivery centers worldwide. The role emphasizes innovation, continuous learning and collaboration across borders. You will engage in projects with a strong focus on SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, driving value through technology at scale.

Responsabilidades
- Develop, deliver and maintain SAP-based business solutions
- Capture and translate client requirements into SAP specifications
- Lead or contribute to SuccessFactors development,



customizations and deployment
- Collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams locally and remotely
- Build client relationships and support project delivery and coordination with global centers

Requisitos principales
- 3 - 10 years of experience with HCM
- Experience developing functional and systems specifications
- Strong English and Spanish consulting skills
- Excellent communication and team player
- Occasional travel may be required
- Knowledge of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors concepts
- Ability to explain complex topics clearly
