Simplify payroll and billing : craft tools that HR teams love.

Automate workflows at scale : adapt solutions to companies of all sizes across multiple countries.

Collaborate across teams : partner with product, design, and ops to deliver a unified experience. Impact hundreds of thousands of lives , making it simple for companies to use Alan.

Stack : Python/Flask, React, React Native, PostgreSQL. We are looking for software engineers of all experience levels, ideally with backend and full‐stack experience . Comfortable digging into complex business logic , especially around insurance and payroll.

Well‐versed in OOP languages (Python, Java, C#) and excited about modern web technologies (JavaScript). Fluent in English (French is a plus but not required). Flexible office & remote options . Adaptable vacation & hours .
