About This Role We are currently seeking a Senior PHP Back-end engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our team. The candidate should possess a diverse set of skills, ranging from proficiency in PHP, either plain or through frameworks, to hands-on experience with non-relational databases (especially MongoDB), object-oriented programming (OOP), Git version control, and solid experience working within cloud environments, particularly AWS. Collaborate with both the project-dedicated team and the broader technology team Support and guide other team members in achieving their goals throughout the project Maintain and optimize the technological stack, ensuring high standards of performance, security, and reliability,



in collaboration with a systems engineer Apply object-oriented programming principles to improve code quality and maintainability Utilize Git and Notion to collaborate effectively within a team environment 5+ years of experience as a PHP Developer ~ Strong proficiency in PHP, both native and using frameworks ~ Experience with relational and non-relational databases (especially MongoDB) ~ Familiarity with cloud computing, especially on the AWS platform ~ Experience with AWS Cognito or similar identity providers will be highly valued ~ Knowledge of server management and system architecture ~ ISO 27001, ISO 27701) and/or the Spanish ENS Previous experience working within the French healthcare ecosystem Familiarity with French regulations regarding health data protection and security (e.g.
