The City

Lead has full responsibility for the daily operations and performance of a city depot. Leads the local team, manages depot costs, ensures efficient fleet turnaround, and drives continuous operational improvement. Reporting directly to the District Manager, you are responsible for delivering a high‐performing, cost‐efficient, and customer‐focused operation every day. Own the end‐to‐end performance of the city depot across Rental and Servicing

- Lead, supervise,



and develop the local operational team, including shift and task planning and performance feedback
- Own depot cost performance, including consumables, rework prevention while managing disciplined cost control practices
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak periods, supporting urgent operational needs; ~Flexibility to work extended shifts during peak seasons, ensuring operational continuity; ~ English proficiency (mandatory) and Spanish (nice to have)
- Continuous training and coaching to develop the skills that matter to you;
