In this role you define and refine installation processes and tools for Nordex turbines, collaborating with PM Ops, WTG designers, and COE teams to ensure reliable, scalable field deployment. You lead tool design, validation, and documentation, and translate field learnings into engineering requirements. You will participate in product development groups and validate tools at wind farms or prototypes. This position offers hands-on impact across design, installation, and continuous improvement in a global setting.

Responsabilidades
- Define and update Installation processes and specifications
- Design and validate installation tools aligned with engineering, PM, QHSE and Sourcing
- Translate wind farm lessons into engineering requirements to improve WT design
- Review designs and propose installation-oriented improvements
- Create installation manuals and handle incidents related to installation documents/tools
- Travel to wind farms or factories to validate tools and installation processes
Requisitos principales
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
- Control of CAD-PLM (Teamcenter, Windchill, CREO viewer, AutoCAD, Teamcenter Visualization)
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- SAP
