As a Customs and Foreign Trade Specialist in Integral Sourcing, you will advise sourcing, logistics and business stakeholders on tariff impacts, regulations, and cost optimisation. You’ll guide global customs operations, coordinate brokers and providers, and drive standardisation of processes. Your work supports strategic sourcing decisions and risk mitigation through policy monitoring and proactive solutions. This role offers meaningful impact by shaping compliant, cost-efficient global trade practices within a cross‑functional team.
Responsabilidades
- Assess tariff impact, trade regulations, and cost implications for strategic sourcing decisions
- Conduct customs cost analyses and contribute to decision papers and strategic initiatives
- Monitor global trade policy developments and adapt sourcing strategies to mitigate risks
- Provide guidance to customs operations globally, working with sourcing, logistics and business units
- Coordinate customs brokers, freight forwarders, and third‑party providers ensuring compliant clearance processes
- Gather and translate regional business requirements into efficient processes and practical solutions
- Promote best‑in‑class customs and foreign trade practices as a subject matter expert
- Support standardisation, optimisation, and continuous improvement of internal customs and foreign trade processes
Requisitos principales
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in customs and foreign trade
- Fluent English and Spanish; German a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or related field; Customs Representative (AEAT – Spain)
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; proactive and committed
- Ability to resolve conflicts across cultures and environments
- Willingness to travel and manage high-demand issues in a timely manner
