The Agentic Customer Success Manage (German speaker) - DACH RoleThe Agentic Customer Success Manager (CSM) is a scaled, low-touch role focused on driving retention and product adoption across a large portfolio of Qlik customers. This role will primarily focus on supporting the DACH region, so fluency in both German and English is required.
In this role, you'll use automation, data-driven insights, and scalable engagement programs to maximize customer impact.
