Develop and execute the Vietnam sales and market development plan

Manage key accounts and strategic customers across industrial segments

Establish, manage, and develop dealers/distributors nationwide

Provide technical and commercial support for complex sales opportunities

Conduct market, competitor, and segment analysis; propose growth actions

Plan and support marketing activities (seminars, exhibitions, demos)

Maintain accurate forecasting, and regular reporting to management

Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline

8+ years in industrial / technical B2B sales

3+ years in a senior sales, product, or business development role

Proven experience with capital equipment and industrial customers

Experience managing key accounts, and distribution channels

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements travel frequently within Vietnam

Key Competencies Strong leadership, negotiation, and account management skills

Solid technical understanding of industrial equipment and applications

Strategic and analytical mindset with hands on execution capability

Comfortable working in a multinational, KPI driven environment

Proficient in MS Office

Languages: Vietnamese – native

English - business and technical proficiency
