Responsibilities

Lead project management execution for the Sales BMS & Reporting team

Own and maintain Plan of Action (POA)

Manage metrics and KPIs

Establish and maintain governance with key stakeholders

Define and manage project release scope, timelines, backlogs and intake of new requests in collaboration with product owners

Facilitate internal communication and effective cross‐team collaboration

Provide frequent project status reporting, identify risks, issues and dependencies; proactively propose mitigation strategies

Seek guidance and drive decision‐making when required

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or demonstrable equivalent experience

Excellent project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Strong communication skills, including executive-level status reporting and stakeholder management

Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on simplification, automation and standardization

Experience with Agile methodologies, ideally with Scrum Master certification

Prior experience as a business analyst, product owner, or similar role in finance/data/reporting or sales operations

Business Intelligence background

Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet)
