About the Role
The

Associate Program Manager - Strategic Initiatives

is a

high-visibility, high-impact role

for someone who thrives at the intersection of

strategy, execution, and leadership .
You will work directly with the

Chief of Strategic Initiatives & Global Supply Office , acting as a strategic thought partner and execution driver across company priorities.



This includes everything from scaling new business lines and optimizing integral operations to steering data-driven decision-making and enabling cross-functional excellence.
This role is about

What You’ll Do
Act as a

strategic extension of the CXO , driving high-priority initiatives across functions and regions.
Partner with leadership to identify, plan, and execute

AI-led growth, efficiency, and transformation projects.
Lead deep-dive analyses into business performance, market opportunities, and competitive positioning to guide leadership decisions.
Build and operationalize frameworks that

translate strategic intent into measurable outcomes.
Own and manage critical
