Your responsibilities
As Director of Solution Design & Engineering (m/f/d), you will lead the pre-sales, consultancy, solution design and detailed project planning departments at Element Logic and bear overall responsibility for how warehouse automation solutions are conceived, designed and developed – from the initial client meeting right through to the detailed solution design.
Leading, developing and motivating a multidisciplinary team of more than 30 staff in the areas of pre-sales support, solution consultancy, solution design and detailed planning
Defining and communicating a clear vision and strategy for the solution consultancy, design and engineering division, aligned with Element Logic’s general growth targets
Responsibility for the quality, consistency and competitiveness of warehouse automation solutions throughout t
