We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team and help us deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.

Facilitate

Agile processes within Scrum teams by organizing and leading daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement and delivery excellence.

Promote

Agile best practices, principles and values across teams and the wider organization to cultivate an Agile mindset and culture. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels, including senior management, ensuring transparency on progress,



risks and dependencies. Track and report team velocity, sprint progress and key project metrics to enable data-driven decision making and continuous delivery.

Support teams in adopting Agile tools and techniques such as backlog management, user story refinement and sprint planning to optimize workflow and delivery. Drive initiatives to improve Agile maturity by providing coaching, training and mentoring on Agile practices and frameworks. Support the scaling of Agile practices across multiple teams and projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS or similar.

Proactively identify risks and bottlenecks in the Agile process and work with teams and stakeholders to define and implement mitigation strategies. Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments, with a strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban and other Agile methodologies. Solid experience using Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps and Confluence to manage workflows and reporting.

Good understanding of the software development lifecycle, DevOps practices and digital project management.

Fluent

English, both written and spoken. Work on challenging projects for big clients. Access to continuous training and certifications.
