Developing the outsourcing strategy: Collaborate with senior management to define and implement an effective outsourcing strategy focused on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Partner relationship management: Act as the main point of contact for all international outsourcing partners. Build strong, productive relationships to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
Performance monitoring and reporting: Develop KPIs and SLAs to measure partner performance. Oversee day-to-day operations and conduct regular performance reviews to confirm quality standards are achieved.
Risk management: Identify potential risks and devise mitigation strategies. Resolve issues quickly that could affect project timelines, quality, or budget.
Coordinating cross-functional teams: Work closely with internal groups such as product management, IT, and customer service to ensure smooth communication and alignment of goals.
Financial management: Manage budgets related to outsourcing partnerships, delivering cost-effective solutions without sacrificing quality.
Continuous improvement:
Conduct post-project reviews to assess the success of outsourcing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
RequirementsBackground & Experience
Professional Experience: experience managing outsourcing relationships in the customer-service sector. Project-management experience and vendor-management skills are required
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Technical Knowledge & Skills
Tech Sector Knowledge: Broad understanding of web hosting, cloud infrastructure, domain management, servers, and web applications.
Languages: Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) to collaborate effectively with international teams across the group, along with fluency in Italian.
Soft Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
