Overview

In this role, you will lead ADP’s Southern Europe product agenda as the regional product owner, shaping strategy, roadmap, and execution to drive growth, adoption, and client value. You’ll balance regional needs with the global platform, guiding AI-enabled innovations and ensuring market-fit outcomes. You will work closely with Engineering, AI, and UX, coaching a high-performing PM team and partnering with executives to translate customer insight into measurable impact. This is a stakeholder-facing, impact-driven leadership role with global scope and local market accountability.

Responsabilidades

- Own regional product outcomes for Southern Europe, focusing on growth, profitability, adoption, and NPS
- Lead regional product strategy and roadmap aligned with global platform direction
- Balance standardization with localization to maintain platform consistency and local competitiveness
- Drive AI-powered product experiences and automation in HR/payroll workflows
- Collaborate with Engineering, AI, and UX to productize capabilities at scale
- Build and develop a high-performing PM team and establish discovery, prioritization, and metrics practices
- Deliver end-to-end outcomes from discovery to market adoption with execution discipline




- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Client Success to ensure alignment
- Engage with enterprise clients and stakeholders to shape demand and validate strategy
- Represent the region in integral product forums and leadership discussions

Requisitos principales

- Proven experience owning regional or multi-market product portfolios with measurable business impact
- Strong track record of delivering growth, adoption, and customer value in enterprise environments
- Experience in a global product organization with local market adaptations
- Deep understanding of complex, regulated domains (HR tech, payroll or adjacent industries preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in matrixed organizations
- Excellent commercial acumen and executive stakeholder management skills
- Experience driving or contributing to AI-enabled product innovation is a strong advantage
- Fluent in English; advanced in Italian and/or Spanish
