Full-Time/Hybrid You will join as a Senior AI Solutions Engineer for Finance, focused on transforming our internal operations. Design and implement AI solutions that solve real‐world business problems within our Finance teams. Design, build, and operate AI agent workflows and integrations to optimize our finance operations for scalability.

You'll join the Finance Strategy & AI Transformation team – a small, fast‐moving team inside Finance with a clear mandate: build and operate AI‐native workflows across the full employee lifecycle. Director, Finance Strategy & AI Transformation: your manager.

Sets the strategic direction and gets concepts to prototype stage.

Finance Project Manager: your delivery partner. Coordinates across the function and keeps projects on track.

AI Solution Engineers: your advisor on integration design, technical frameworks & data governance.
