We’re looking for a

Product Manager

to join our Product team and take ownership of one of Mapon’s product areas.

Product Managers

have real ownership. You won’t simply manage a backlog or collect feature requests.



You’ll be expected to understand customer problems, identify opportunities, make prioritization decisions, and work with your team to turn those opportunities into products that create measurable customer and business value.

You’ll work closely with

Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing , giving you direct exposure to customers, commercial challenges, and the impact your product decisions create.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

Own and develop a meaningful product area used by businesses across Europe.

Work directly with customers to understand real operational problems.

Make product decisions based on data, customer insights, market trends, and business impact.

Work with experienced engineers, designers, analysts, and commercial teams.

Take ideas from discovery through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.

Experiment with

AI, automation, connected devices, and large-scale fleet data
