Задачи:

Own the full recruitment pipeline from kickoff to signed offer
Calibrate with hiring managers to define role requirements before sourcing
Map the market and source candidates directly through LinkedIn, outreach, referrals, and other effective channels
Screen and interview candidates and provide hiring managers with clear recommendations
Drive offer negotiations through signing
Keep the ATS and candidate pipeline accurate and current
Track recruiting metrics, including pipeline generated, time to fill, and offer acceptance rate per role
Act as the main candidate contact throughout the process and protect THEKER's market reputation
Flag underperforming roles or briefs and work with hiring managers to improve them.
Требования:

Previous full-cycle recruiting experience, owning sourcing, calibration, screening, interviews, offers, and closing end to end
Proven record of closing candidates,



not just moving them through a pipeline
Comfortable sourcing and engaging candidates directly without dedicated pipeline support
Experience calibrating with hiring managers and challenging briefs that do not match the market
Comfortable working with KPIs and timelines in a fast-moving environment
Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish
Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate
Nice to have: Experience recruiting for engineering, technical, or industrial roles, agency background or experience in a hyper-growth start-up, familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics tools, a third language beyond English and Spanish.
