As Procurement Manager for Site & Maintenance Services, you will lead regional sourcing and supplier contracts to deliver cost-efficient value within the STEP category. You’ll shape regional strategies, manage CAPEX procurement for projects, and drive measurable savings while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsabilidades
- Develop and execute regional sourcing strategies for site & maintenance services
- Negotiate and finalize contracts for regional services
- Oversee CAPEX procurement activities ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery
- Generate savings and value through strategic procurement initiatives
- Utilize SAP, SLM, Pinpools, QNS, contracts, EcoVadis in daily procurement work
- Conduct market research to source new suppliers and alternative concepts
- Monitor market developments and maintain supplier relationships for performance and compliance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive cross-functional alignment and category strategy development
- Ensure compliance with Clariant’s procurement standards, policies, and ethics
Requisitos principales
- Degree in Business, Operations, Procurement, or Engineering/Technical field with commercial background
- 2+ years in procurement or supply chain function
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating supply and service contracts
- SAP procurement module proficiency
- MS Office proficiency
- Fluency in English; German a plus
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder influencing skills
