Based in Paris / Barcelona within the TME Compliance function, and reporting to the Head of Conduct Risk in the UK, will support and maintain the culture of compliance and good governance for our TME Head office and branches. The postholder will be well-organised and proactive, providing timely compliance advice and support.

In doing so, the capability to engage with stakeholders, as well as provide high quality reporting with a strong attention to detail, will be crucial to success. To work alongside the TME Legal & TME Compliance team to establish e-learning module training on Product Governance, Complaints and Conflict of Interest. To monitor emerging and developing local regulatory changes on conduct risk matters within the market, consultation papers and policy statements issued by relevant regulatory authorities and wider international bodies,



liaising as necessary with the TME Land TMHCCI Compliance teams, on how any such developments may impact TME.

To liaise with business functions and other departments as appropriate, in a clear and timely manner. To assist, as needed, on the performance of regulatory risk assessments and requests for information, thematic reviews, and internal audits. To contribute and assist, as required, in the implementation of activities within the TME Compliance Plan, as agreed with the Line Manager.
