N26 is seeking an analytical, regulatory-minded Complaints Compliance & Prevention Manager to lead governance, audit remediation, and the preventive control framework within our Complaints Management & Prevention department in Madrid. You will own end-to-end planning of the regulatory remediation roadmap, build a BaFin-compliant root cause analysis framework, and serve as the primary contact for 2LoD/3LoD and regulators while mentoring a matrixed team across Product, Tech, Legal and CS.
