This role is part of a long-term strategic initiative within a global healthcare environment focused on the evolution and unification of enterprise data platforms. The objective is to consolidate multiple existing data platforms into a single, scalable ecosystem that serves as a backbone for multiple products and teams across the organisation. As a Senior Java Developer , you will play a key role in designing, building, and evolving backend services that support data exchange and platform integration across multiple teams.

You will work in a high-autonomy environment where you are expected to independently drive technical solutions while collaborating with multiple stakeholders across engineering, data, and product teams. Design, develop and maintain backend services and components using Java Contribute to the evolution and unification of enterprise data platform ecosystems Analyse existing applications, integrations, dependencies and data flows Collaborate with multiple technical teams across a large organisational structureWrite clean, maintainable and well-tested code Troubleshoot, debug and resolve backend issues in distributed systems Solid professional experience in Java backend development Strong experience building and maintaining backend services and APIs Good understanding of object-oriented programming, clean code,
