We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to join our growing engineering team as a technical leader and individual contributor.

You will drive technical decisions, lead complex projects, and mentor junior and mid-level developers while building scalable web applications and cloud-based solutions using modern technologies. Drive engineering best practices, coding standards, and development processes across the team Design and implement scalable web applications using .NET Framework/Core/5+ and modern UI frameworks Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code that serves as an example for the team Lead complex technical projects from conception to delivery Work with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) to design, deploy and maintain scalable applications Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers Process & Quality Lead implementation of automated testing strategies and CI/CD pipeline development Lead Agile/Scrum practices and contribute to sprint planning and estimation Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the full software development lifecycle Champion performance optimization and scalability considerations Lead knowledge sharing initiatives and technical training within the team Extensive experience of professional software development experience with demonstrated technical leadership NET framework and .NET Core/5+ development Strong experience with modern UI frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue.js) Extensive experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure or AWS Advanced proficiency in database design and development (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar) Deep expertise in software architecture patterns and ability to design scalable, distributed systems Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows Strong background in API design and development (REST, JSON, GraphQL) Experience with automated testing frameworks and test‐driven development Knowledge of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code Proven experience leading technical projects and cross‐functional initiatives Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers Experience leading Agile/Scrum practices and technical ceremonies Build your career in a place where diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging aren't just words on paper – this is what drives our innovation, it's how we connect, and it contributes to what makes us a market leader.
