Key Responsibilities
Support
data collection, measurement, and analysis activities
in line with corporate procedures.
Monitor and analyze
industrial KPIs , helping identify improvement opportunities and performance trends.
Participate in
kaizen activities
and support the execution and follow-up of continuous improvement projects.
Assist in the implementation and deployment of
Brembo WCM know-how
across the plant.
Coordinate
continuous improvement initiatives
and ensure effective tracking of actions.
Contribute to projects aimed at increasing
shopfloor employee involvement and engagement
in continuous improvement processes (e.g., suggestion systems, recognition/reward programs).
Carry out the required analyses to support improvement projects and help ensure the timely application of solutions.
Monitor project progress and help guarantee the consistent follow-up of actions and deliverables.
Support all
Production System activities , including
training, audits, and internal improvement initiatives , in collaboration with the Plant Production System Manager.
What We Are Looking For
Education
Master’s Degree in Engineering
Experience
Relevant professional experience
in a manufacturing, industrial engineering, with specific continuous improvement focus.
Language Skills
Fluency in
English and Spanish .
