We're hiring a Finance & Accounting Manager
Atlantic Gate is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Finance and Accounting Manager to join our Barcelona team.

Your Role & Responsibilities
As Finance & Accounting Manager, you will lead the local finance function and act as a key partner to management and HQ. Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead financial reporting under IFRS and Spanish GAAP, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Manage the monthly closing process and ensure timely reporting to HQ
- Prepare and analyze management reports, budgets, and rolling forecasts (RFC)
- Provide clear visibility on financial performance, identifying drivers, risks, and opportunities
- Maintain high accounting standards and ensure robust internal controls




- Support audits and regulatory requirements in Spain
- Oversee daily accounting operations (AP, AR, collections, reconciliations)
- Ensure proper booking of all transactions and reliable financial records
- Lead and develop a small local accounting team
- Manage external partners (tax advisors, auditors, payroll providers in Spain)
- Deliver actionable financial insights to support local and integral decision-making

Who We're Looking For
You are a hands-on, solution-oriented finance professional who thrives in a fast-moving, international environment and enjoys building structure in a growing organization.
Your Profile:
- Strong background in accounting and financial management
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar (Master's / CPA / equivalent is a plus)
- 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in an international company
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a similarly operational environment
