Overview
In this role you will advance Santander Digital Services’ Cyber Threat Intelligence capability to anticipate and contextualize threats across the general footprint. You will translate intelligence into strategic foresight, supporting proactive risk management, incident response, and executive decision-making. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to keep defenses resilient amid a changing threat landscape, leveraging cutting-edge tech and collaboration. Responsabilidades
- Create high-quality cyber threat intelligence across strategic, operational and technical levels
- Coordinate intelligence collection and analysis across regions for a unified capability
- Provide expert judgement for complex analytical or attribution assessments
- Liaise with Incident Response, Threat Detection, Risk and senior stakeholders to inform decisions
- Maintain and expand coverage of high-priority threat acts, campaigns and sectors relevant to the global footprint
- Represent the CTI function in cross-functional or external intelligence-sharing initiatives
- Assist in strengthening the team’s analytical capabilities and development
Requisitos principales
- 8-10 years of professional experience in Cyber Threat Intelligence or related roles within large enterprises
- Experience managing and integrating multiple intelligence sources
- Familiarity with threat modelling frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK;, Kill Chain, Diamond Model)
- Prior involvement in intelligence-sharing communities or public-private partnerships (Preferred)
- Experience contributing to automation or process-improvement initiatives within CTI operations (Preferred)
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Intelligence Studies or related discipline
- English and Spanish (Required)
- Ability to track, profile and assess adversary groups, campaigns and TTPs using structured analytic techniques
- Experience creating finished intelligence across strategic, operational and tactical levels
- Hands-on experience with intelligence platforms and tooling
- Understanding of network defence technologies (EDR, SIEM, firewalls, proxies)
- Distill complex information into clear, evidence-based assessments
- Understand business and geopolitical context to anticipate organizational impact
- Build relationships with incident response, SOC, risk and executives
- Structured analytic techniques for adversary profiling
- Experience with intelligence platforms and tooling
- Knowledge of EDR, SIEM, firewalls, proxies
