"The Supplier Risk Qualification Manager is responsible for identifying, assessing, and monitoring risks associated with the organization's key suppliers and vendors. The manager will work closely with procurement, legal, compliance,



and other departments to establish and maintain strong risk management strategies related to external vendors.

Risk Assessment and Monitoring: Conducting risk assessments for new and existing suppliers/vendors to evaluate potential risks related to financial stability, operational capacity, ESG, legal compliance, and reputational risk. Developing and maintaining comprehensive vendor risk management program, implement continuous monitoring mechanisms. Leading due diligence processes for potential new suppliers/vendors, including background checks, financial reviews, compliance verification, performance history.

Contract and Compliance Management: Close collaboration with legal and procurement teams to develop, review, and negotiate vendor contracts with a focus on risk mitigation clauses. Monitoring ongoing compliance and manage any risk issues or disputes with vendors. Close collaboration with internal stakeholders, such as legal, procurement, IT, and operations, to ensure vendor risks are understood and addressed across the organization.

Preparing regular reports for senior leadership, documenting risk assessments, highlighting risk trends, and vendor performance. Supporting and coordinating relevant departments to address and resolve vendor-related risks.
