At Factorial we're looking for a new Account Executive for the Italian Market to help us support and scale our Sales team to the next level. As part of the team in charge of driving new business growth and expanding Factorial's presence in Italy, you'll be in charge of managing the full sales cycle, building strategic relationships, and helping companies transform the way they manage their people and operations.
About The Team Our Sales team is on a mission to connect businesses with the HR solutions they need to grow — and we're just getting started. Manage the full sales cycle, from qualification and discovery to negotiation and closing. Lead commercial conversations with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
Maintain accurate pipeline management and revenue forecasting. Collaborate with SDRs, Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience teams to maximize conversion. Continuously share insights and ideas to improve sales processes and customer experience.
Native or professional Italian and professional English.
