- Design, develop, and maintain modern web apps with React/TypeScript; translate requirements into scalable UI solutions
- Establish front-end architecture, coding standards, and best practices
- Collaborate with product, design, architecture, and back-end teams to deliver strong user experiences
- Optimize performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and maintainability
- Conduct code reviews and troubleshoot complex issues; drive process and tooling improvements
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools (Cursor) to accelerate delivery; establish practices for AI-generated code quality and testing; mentor on responsible use
- Lead and coordinate front-end work by contractor resources; assess performance and quality; conduct technical evaluations and staffing decisions
- Provide regular status reports, risk assessments, and leadership recommendations to project leadership
