Descripción del trabajo Experteer Overview In this Senior Structurer role you will execute pricing and structuring for financial reinsurance deals within Life and Health across Southern Europe and Latin America. You will act as a technical reference for the business unit and contribute to the regional and global projects that shape the unit's strategy. You will collaborate with Risk Management to ensure alignment with risk appetite and drive internal and external positioning.

This role offers the chance to advance a growing, globally exposed initiative and to shape solutions for complex reinsurance structures. The opportunity hinges on strong technical mastery and cross‐functional influence within Munich Re's ambitious 2025+ agenda.

Compensaciones / Incentivos Execute structuring tasks for deals in the pipeline

Develop deep understanding of technical aspects of financial reinsurance treaties

Serve as technical/structuring reference for Life and Health unit

Identify technical improvement areas and propose solutions

Build understanding of local Life and Health markets in the region





Challenge status quo and propose alternatives

Establish and manage a broad internal expert network

Collaborate with Risk Management to ensure fit with risk appetite

Drive internal/external positioning with stakeholders

Participate in regional/global projects and working groups

Responsabilidades +10 years of professional experience in insurance/reinsurance actuarial valuation fields

Professional actuarial qualification and/or experience is a plus

In-depth knowledge of IFRS17 and Solvency II

Knowledge of structuring capital management solutions

Practical project management experience

Excellence in collaborating in virtual/international group settings

Result-oriented mindset with out-of-the-box thinking and organizational strength

Excellent written and verbal English; Spanish skills would be highly appreciated
