We are seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage indirect manufacturing categories across four Mobility EMEA plants. You will lead sourcing, supplier management, negotiations, and contract deployment for categories including MRO, Facilities, Packaging, CAPEX, and Chemicals, driving cost savings, supplier performance, and supply continuity.

Working closely with cross-functional teams and key suppliers, you will deliver sourcing strategies, support procurement initiatives, and contribute to operational excellence and continuous improvement. Lead sourcing projects, supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management. Manage supplier performance, relationships, risk, and supply continuity.

Deploy regional and general supplier agreements while ensuring compliance and stakeholder adoption. Partner with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Finance, Quality, EHS, and Supply Chain teams. Track procurement performance, savings, and project results through reporting tools.

Provide procurement support and guidance across Mobility EMEA sites. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management, purchasing, or supply chain, preferably within a manufacturing environment.





Experience supporting multi-site and cross-country procurement activities across a regional scope. Professional procurement certification (CIPS or equivalent) is an advantage.

Experience in indirect manufacturing procurement (MRO, Facilities, CAPEX, Packaging, Chemicals).Strong sourcing, category management, supplier negotiation, and contract management skills.
