Overview

As Global Communications Systems Engineer you will help roll out and enhance Videojet’s customer-facing communications technology across Europe. You will implement and optimize the NICE CXone contact center platform, integrate it with CRM systems, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, scalable service. This role combines technical deployment, business-driven design, and hands-on support to improve customer experience across multiple countries. You will collaborate with global partners and contribute to a high-visibility technology program that supports critical business outcomes.

Responsabilidades

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver contact center rollouts and post-launch support across Europe
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications balancing platform constraints, UX, cost and value
- Develop, configure and enhance NICE CXone features, call flows, business rules, alerts, processes, integrations and automation




- Provide hands-on telephony and communication app support, diagnose issues, and identify reliability improvements
- Create SOPs, onboarding materials and training for users and managers
- Build and maintain dashboards, data quality controls, and KPIs to drive productivity and continuous improvement

Requisitos principales

- Hands-on experience developing, deploying, configuring, or supporting contact center platforms or software
- Working knowledge of telephony technologies (PSTN/POTS and VoIP/SIP)
- Experience integrating a contact center platform with Salesforce or another CRM system
- Experience gathering business requirements, producing functional/technical designs, and executing tests
- A degree or certification in IT, telecommunications, programming, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, plus fluent English
