Job Summary We are looking for a Solutions Architect to join our team, working within agile teams focusing on design, impact analysis and outcomes of our solutions.

Our Solution

Architects interface with Enterprise Architects to protect outcomes, estimates, and to adhere to the overall guidelines and standards. They also create technical interest and evaluate the applicability of the latest developments within their domain.

Job Responsibilities Ensure technological performance by design, right-sizing, scalability and reliability

Ensure that architectural standards and best practices are followed

Ensure the Definition of Done is followed at technical level

Analyze technical trade-offs

Contribute to the scope definition

Define non-functional requirements

Contribute to the Definition of Done definition

Guard the services' security and performance

Support the team during significant technological changes

Contribute decisively to the definition of reference architectures and standards

Detect weaknesses and failure points within the solutions and propose improvements

Act as a key figure for reducing technical debt and guiding technological evolution





Participate and drive keeping technical documentation up to date

Collaborate in defining the technical and functional monitoring

Negotiate with product leads on prioritization of initiatives important for technological evolution

Advocate for new technological features

Required Skills 3+ years of software or platform design and experience in end-to-end architecture solutions

Bachelor or Master in Computer Science or a related degree

Experience designing and implementing architectures using different database and cache types and messaging technologies such as Kafka, Redis, Postgres or alternatives

Experience with frontend technologies such as Django and React

Experience with backend technologies (especially Python and/or Java)

Experience working in hybrid-cloud environments including AWS and/or GCP

Experience designing and implementing distributed systems

Knowledge of continuous delivery processes and tools

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish

Technical leadership abilities

Strong technical, logical, analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and influencing skills

Team player with an agile mindset

Able to work under pressure and with shifting priorities

Ability to think creatively, multi-task and manage time efficiently

Willingness to learn

Advanced English proficiency

Nice to have Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe
