Your responsibilities with us:
Manage and develop a defined customer portfolio to achieve sales, margin, and design-in targetsBuild long-term customer relationships and identify new business opportunities across Rutronik’s product portfolioPlan and conduct customer visits, annual negotiations, and contract discussionsCoordinate quotations, orders, samples, delivery schedules, and customer projects throughout the sales processWork closely with Internal Sales, Product Marketing, Field Application Engineers, Material Management, and Supply ChainDevelop joint customer strategies with manufacturers and internal stakeholders to further expand the regional business

Your qualifications:
Professional experience in B2B sales, account management, or technical salesIdeally a background in electronics distribution, electronic components, or another technical B2B environmentStrong commercial awareness, negotiation skills, and a customer-focused mindsetStructured and proactive way of working with the ability to manage multiple customer projectsFluent Spanish and good English skills, combined with willingness to travel within the sales region
