Overview

As a Senior QA Analyst, you drive quality assurance across the software lifecycle in a growing multinational. You collaborate with release managers, product owners, and analysts to define testing scope and standards, and you lead manual testing and defect management to ensure functional excellence. You will build and maintain a test repository, verify integration with company systems, and communicate progress and risks to stakeholders. Responsabilidades

- Drive QA measures and testing standards across the company
- Review software requirements for clarity and alignment with business goals
- Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to define testing scope
- Create and execute manual tests to validate functionality




- Raise defects to development teams and manage their priority/severity
- Retest defects after fixes and maintain a test repository
- Test new software for functional, system, and technical compliance
- Communicate test progress, results, and issues to stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve dependencies and meet deadlines

Requisitos principales

- 2-3 years of software quality assurance experience
- Experience with JIRA or similar defect management tools
- Agile development experience (Scrum) is highly desirable
- Experience with online gaming systems is preferred
- Attention to detail and strong planning/organizational skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders and manage multiple projects
