Your responsibilities
This role is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting for Coloplast Iberia (Spain and Portugal) and is based in Madrid.
You will be responsible for attracting top talents and developing a strong, qualified candidate pool for current and future openings. On top of that you will be part of a growing international Talent Acquisition Partner community.
You will serve as an “ambassador” of our company, ensuring a great candidate experience up until onboarding phase and helping to enhance our employer brand in the marketplace. You will be a key driver of the company’s commitment to fostering a diverse & inclusive workplace.

What will you do?
- Managing the full recruitment process from A to Z (from pro fi le de fi nition via candidates interviews to managing negotiations and closing the contracts)
- You will contribute to developing customized onboarding plans
- Manage online assessments and debrief the assessment report to the candidate
- Participate in various (integral) TA/HR projects, including employer branding and the collection of recruitment data that will be used to drive continuous improvements in our processes.
- Participate in recruiting events and job fairs as needed
- Supporting the People& Culture Manager in Spain on people projects and priorities
- Support the Iberian managers by anticipating and reporting the market dynamics and recruiting market trends
What are we looking for?
- 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced Talent Acquisition function and good understanding of the Spanish and Portuguese recruiting markets;
