Responsabilidades
- Monitor business performance and risks for the insurance portfolio
- Explain healthcare and insurance subtleties to the team and stakeholders
- Define and adjust pricing/re-pricing strategies for different products
- Improve margin monitoring and profitability tracking
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers to equip them with effective tools
- Analyze portfolio profitability and identify actionable optimization points
- Contribute to a global insurance community influencing hiring, training, and processes across countries
Requisitos principales
- 3+ years of experience in health insurance
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of sector trends, pricing decisions, and market practices
- Quantitative background (statistics, actuarial) with experience in insurance products and business
- Ability to synthesize technical, data, business, and legal questions related to insurance
- Builder mindset with a focus on scaling and optimizing processes and systems
- Willingness to drive changes in the insurance and healthcare industry
- Spanish fluency or willingness to learn (preferred)
- Experience coordinating with teams in another country (preferred)
- Connections and understanding of the Spanish health insurance market (preferred)
