Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer (Golang) to design and build scalable, reliable, and secure backend systems. The role involves developing distributed services, designing robust APIs,



implementing event-driven architectures, and ensuring high standards of performance, maintainability, and system reliability.
While the primary focus is backend development, occasional contributions to React-based frontend functionality may be required.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend services in Golang, including RESTful APIs and stable data contracts that evolve safely over time.
- Implement and manage asynchronous, event-driven communication, with strong guarantees around message reliability, idempotency, error handling, and backward compatibility.
- Design and develop distributed systems and microservices with a focus on scalability, resilience, and maintainability.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and resource utilization in production environments.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
