The produced biomethane is injected into the grid or compressed or liquified for transportation, providing a drop-in replacement for fossil gas and contributing to the energy transition and the circular economy.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of corporate and technical positions Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, industry communities, and referral programmes Deliver structured and consistent selection process to ensure fair and high-quality hiring decisions Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process and promote best hiring practices Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and hiring efficiency Coordinate employment compliance requirements for international assignments, including posted worker registrations, A1 certificates, local employment notifications,



tax and employment documentation, working closely with internal and external stakeholders Lead general mobility framework that ensures compliance with local employment regulation and provides a consistent employee experience Contribute to positioning the company as an employer of choice within the industry Create and coordinate employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn, careers platforms, and professional communities Continuously enhance the candidate experience across every stage of the recruitment journey Track and analyse recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire, quality of hire, source effectiveness, and candidate experience Use recruitment data to identify trends and recommends improvements. 3-5 Years experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or other technical environments ~ Fluent in English and Spanish ~ Experience with Applicant Tracking System and LinkedIn Recruiter ~ Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles ~ Exposure to employer branding initiatives ~ Italian language
