Personio is seeking a Senior Back-End Engineer based in Madrid. You’ll join a highly collaborative team and focus on building reliable, scalable backend services in a distributed system environment. You’ll write clean Kotlin code, contribute to Spring Boot components, own estimation and planning, and work closely with product and design teams. You’ll also participate in on-call rotations and pair programming in a hybrid setup.
