Hexcel is currently seeking an International Trade Compliance Analyst M/F. As part of the International Trade Compliance (ITC) group, the ITC Analyst will apply advanced analysis of applicable rules and regulations to validate and ensure compliance of material, technology, equipment and software movement to and from Hexcel general facilities and global customer sites. The position can be based in Dagneux (France), Duxford (UK) or Parla (Spain). Key Responsibilities and Activities:
- Expertise in EU/UK/Morocco trade laws and regulations including Customs, Dual-Use Regulations, Military Export Regulations.




- Working knowledge of international shipping processes and documents such as customs / commercial invoice, packing list, transport waybill, and export license; including consignee information, Incoterms, harmonized tariff code, customs origin (Free Trade Agreements), customs value, export classification, and export license data and familiar with Export Administration Regulations (EAR), International Traffic in Arms (ITAR), and U.S. Treasury Office of Foreign Asset Controls (OFAC).
- Responsible for the management of customs and duty operational compliance and duty deferral, such as IPR (Inward Processing Relief) and FTZ (Free Trade Zone).
- Manage day-to-day Export activities for assigned sites. Perform export audits via CHIEF, DELTA, etc... entries on sensitive exports and oversee export operations within internal Shipping teams.
