Lead a team of Ruby on Rails/React/Native app developers, providing technical guidance and support.

Collaborate with other departments to define project requirements and ensure timely delivery. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and compliance with best practices. Mentor and train team members in efficient software development and programming practices.





Participate in technical and strategic decision-making related to development projects. Architect, develop, and maintain complex Ruby on Rails applications, ensuring they meet high-quality standards. Proven experience as a Ruby on Rails Developer with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
